Since entering the realm of utility arboriculture in 2016, Zachary's hunger for knowledge and commitment to excellence have led him on many journeys, involving many people, places, projects, and ideas. In 2021, the prospect of consulting crystallized in his mind and broadened his horizons, propelling him forward along this path. While passionate about all trees and the natural world, the heart of his practice is anchored with Idaho and the Treasure Valley community.
Zachary is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA), ISA Utility Specialist, ISA Qualified Tree Risk Assessor (TRAQ), and is Tree and Plant Appraisal Qualified (TPAQ) through the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA).
As a consultant, Zachary specializes in tree risk assessment, tree appraisal, tree inventory reports, diagnostics, plant health care and pruning prescriptions, tree protection plans for construction and development, utility vegetation management (UVM), and expert witness services.
Beyond the world of trees, Zachary is passionate about art, creative writing, classic literature, securities trading, volunteering, physical fitness, and his contributions to a better world.
